RLM Event Management & Production is a full service management company specializing in live event production, A/V, decor, design, entertainment and strategic planning. We also design, produce and install exhibits, museums and corporate fixtures. With over 42 years experience in the live event space, RLM excels in providing creative, exciting, one of a kind events or builds for a variety of clients from music to healthcare and everything in between.

Keri Pari

Keri began her career in 1998 working for the largest show
contractor in the U.S. In 2004 she went to work for IES as a
Senior Account Manager and worked on many large - scale
live events.
Keri is skilled in administrative details along with an excellence in planning, logistics, people management and customer service.
She brings 25 years of experience in the live event space and has worked on numerous high end events with many top artists.

Jim Pari
Starting in 1980 with Yamaha Music, Jim has spent more than 42 years in the Live Event space. Much of that time has been working with live music, pro sound and lighting, event planning and production as well as convention planning, design, building and installing exhibits, museums and corporate facilities for a host of clients.
Jim has consulted, designed and produced large scale events for companies such as Austrian Audio, Harman Pro, SiriusXM, University of California, Siemens and
Children's Hospital.
Having worked with some of the biggest names in music, Jim has produced or managed events with artists like Elton John, Toto, The Jacksons, Kelly Clarkson, Alicia Keys, Keith Urban, One Republic, The Beach Boys and many others.
Jim is an active member of IEBA (International Entertainment Buyers Association) and is also a member of Save Our Stages which was formed to help industry professionals during the covid pandemic.
